User Responsibility

Participation in moments arranged through Open Nvite occurs voluntarily and at the user’s own discretion.

Users are responsible for:

• their own conduct

• their personal safety

• their decisions when interacting with others

Open Nvite encourages users to exercise good judgment and follow recommended safety practices when meeting others in public spaces.

No Guarantee of Conduct

Open Nvite does not verify the identity, background, or intentions of every user on the platform.

While we provide reporting tools, moderation processes, and other safeguards, Open Nvite cannot guarantee the behavior of any individual user or participant.

Users acknowledge that interactions arranged through the platform occur independently of Open Nvite.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Nvite LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between users of the platform, including interactions that occur during or after moments arranged through Open Nvite.

By using the platform, users agree that participation in moments occurs at their own risk.

Account Conduct

Users agree not to:

• misuse the platform

• create misleading moments

• harass other users

• use the platform for unlawful purposes

• violate the Community Guidelines

Open Nvite may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Business Accounts

Businesses that create accounts on Open Nvite must provide accurate information about their location and identity.

Businesses agree that moments hosted through the platform should focus on welcoming participation and not function as advertisements or promotional campaigns.

Open Nvite may remove or suspend business accounts that misuse the platform.

Platform Availability

Open Nvite may modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time as the service evolves.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
