Privacy policy

What we collect

When you save an event, we temporarily process the Instagram post's caption text and image to extract event details. This content is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI and is not stored on our servers. The extracted event data (name, date, location) is saved to your Open Nvite account only if you choose to save it.

Chrome extension storage

The extension stores your Open Nvite session token locally in chrome.storage.local so you stay logged in. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you sign out.

Third-party services

Anthropic Claude — AI analysis of post content. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Stripe — Payment processing for Open Nvite Pro. We never store card details.

Supabase — Secure cloud database for your saved events and account.
